WE FACILITATE OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE
"Optimal performance is about doing the very best you can in the moment - whatever that moment might be"

EXAMPLES OF OUR SERVICES

We believe in facilitating optimal performance with a clear view of what the desired performance outcomes, or behavioural changes, are.

The performance outcomes may vary from organisation to organisation and within one organisation over time.

Therefore, it is hard to give detailed examples of the facilitating services we provide. Below follow a few examples of services we have provided in the past:

  • A trainee programme as an introduction to the financial industry, including participants without any prior financial or economic background. The main objective was for the participants to gain the knowledge, professional skills, authority and confidence necessary to operate successfully in the international financial markets in general and within sponsoring organisation in particular.
  • A programme for people with a few years working experience, where the main objective was for the participants to upskill (acquire new skills and capabilities to enhance their existing roles), reskill (acquire new skills and capabilities to potentially transition into different roles), and gain a clearer holistic view of the factors influencing their industry.
  • Recruitment and Infotainment event, where the purpose for the sponsoring organisation was to build their brand among a number of potential hires, improve the understanding of the industry among the participants in an entertaining way, and use simulations that were instructive, engaging and fun.
  • A day in a trainee programme on a specific topic which the participants would be confronted with early in their careers . The main objective was to put the aspects related to the topic into a business context, and by that for the participants to both improve business acumen and critical thinking.
  • Workshops in an organisation’s ‘learning weeks’ on specific topics, like ‘learning agility’ and ‘storytelling’ in line with the respective themes of the learning weeks. The main objective was to raise the participants’ awareness of, and interest for, the respective topics. The main purpose of the learning weeks was to give the participants experiences of how further develop professionally, as well as personally.
  • On-boarding/Re-boarding Workshop, where the main objective was to introduce a number of new employees to the organisation they just had joined – and feel welcome. The group was very diverse with regard to both work experience, and knowledge and skills background. The main objective was to create ‘a belonging’ with both the organisation and new colleagues and to enable co-operation between departments from an early stage. To make existing employees more employable, some existing staff attended the multi-day event as well.
